This step tells us who you are and decides which products are available to you.

Do you have an RTO, TEQSA or CRICOS code?

Yes

Search by your organisation name, trading name or code, then select your organisation from the results. Each result shows its codes, location and number of accredited courses, and whether it's:

• Unclaimed: select it to continue setting up.
• An existing customer: your organisation already has an account (see below).

No

Enter your organisation name. You'll be set up for Lead Generation, StudentIgnite or both. AustralianCourses isn't part of this signup, because it needs a government-recognised accreditation code.

If you're claiming your AustralianCourses listing

If you started from AustralianCourses, search for your listing by trading name, legal name or RTO code, then select it. Claiming is free. To claim, you need to be authorised to act for your organisation, hold current registration with the relevant regulator and have a valid ABN.

If your organisation already has an account

If the account is yours, sign in to add products or finish setting up. If a colleague manages it, ask them to invite you. You can also request access from this step, and we'll email the account owner. You'll get an email when they've added you.
