What you need before getting started
Setting up StudentIgnite only takes a few minutes. Before you begin onboarding, make sure you have access to the tools and information below.
You will need:
- Access to your CRM – to create API keys or webhooks.
- Your course URLs – the public pages for each course you offer.
- A preferred booking tool – Calendly or your own booking link (or we can set one up for you).
- An SMS provider – such as MessageMedia. ClickSend or Twilio with an API key (or you can use ours).
- A verified work email – for account access.
Optional but helpful
- A list of your most popular or high-priority courses.
- A clear idea of whether you want to focus on bookings, enrolments or both.
- Your preferred tone of voice (Friendly, Professional, Supportive or Conversational).
Tip
You don’t need design skills, coding knowledge or a technical team. Most providers complete setup in under 15 minutes.
