Connecting your CRM lets leads and conversations flow into the system your team already uses.
What a CRM connection does
- Delivers leads: Lead Generation and AustralianCourses leads can go straight into your CRM against the right course.
- Routes your own enquiries to Herbot: enquiries from your website and other sources can be picked up by StudentIgnite.
- Writes back what Herbot learns: the fields you choose are updated after Herbot speaks to a student.
- Stores conversations: we add one custom field to your CRM to store conversation transcripts.
One-way and two-way sync
A one-way connection delivers enquiries into your CRM. Two-way sync also lets Herbot update your leads automatically. If you're already connected one way, you can upgrade your connection from your dashboard.
Do I need a CRM?
No, but we recommend one. Without a CRM:
- only enquiries from CourseFinder, StudySelect, Career FAQs and AustralianCourses can be routed through StudentIgnite
- you can still see all your leads in your dashboard, filter them and add notes.
