What is the CFG Platform?

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Each product has a three-month minimum term, and you can move between StudentIgnite packages during it. See change your plan.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No. All prices exclude GST. GST is applied when fees and lead charges are drawn from your wallet, not to wallet purchases.

StudentIgnite and Herbot

Does Herbot replace my admissions team?

No. Herbot handles first contact, answers initial questions and books meetings with your team, so your advisers can focus on the conversations that need a person.

Which channels does StudentIgnite work on?

Every package works on SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger and web chat. Herbot uses your own SMS, WhatsApp and Messenger accounts, and StudentIgnite provides the web chat.

Do I need a CRM?

No, but we recommend one. Without a CRM, only enquiries from CourseFinder, StudySelect, Career FAQs and AustralianCourses can be routed through StudentIgnite. You can still see, filter and add notes to all your leads in your dashboard.

What if a student asks something Herbot can't answer?

He replies politely and, depending on the conversation, encourages the student to book a time with your team.

Does Match + Qualify replace my enquiry form?

It can, or it can work alongside it. We suggest keeping your enquiry form, because some students prefer a traditional enquiry.

Can screening questions differ by course?

Yes. Apply as many or as few screening packs as each course needs. See set your screening defaults.

What if a student doesn't know an answer during screening?

Herbot notes it on their record for your team to follow up.

What if we don't have our own web chat?

You don't need one. StudentIgnite's web chat is easy to install through Google Tag Manager or your site's footer. See install web chat.

Can I link Meta ads to Herbot?

Does StudentIgnite handle opt-outs?

Yes. Students who reply STOP are added to your suppression list and aren't messaged again. See SMS opt-outs.
