Add your courses
You add or confirm your courses in onboarding, and you can add more at any time from your dashboard.
Accredited courses
If you're an accredited provider, we match your qualifications from the national training register. For each one, add:
- a course URL, the page on your website for that course
- a brochure (optional), as a PDF link or an uploaded PDF.
Each course shows its status, such as Complete or Needs a link. You can add more qualifications from the national training register.
Unaccredited courses
Add any non-accredited course you'd like enquiries for on CourseFinder, StudySelect and Career FAQs:
- Enter the course name. It appears in your dashboard and in Herbot's conversations.
- Enter the course URL.
- Add a brochure if you have one (optional).
- Select Add course.
Add many courses at once
Download our CSV template, fill it in and select Upload CSV.
We verify each course automatically and highlight any fields with changes or missing information.
On Match + Qualify or Screen + Writeback?
Add all your courses. Herbot matches each student to a course and can only recommend courses that are on the platform.
Tip
Use the course page itself as the URL, not a PDF. Brochures are extra information, but your course page is the source of truth.
