AI technology providers
Herbot writes messages using AI. Our AI technology providers, some of which are based in the United States, process message content to generate responses.
Other service providers
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. Before we share personal information with an overseas provider, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, for example through contractual privacy and security commitments.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers.
