Complete your provider profile

Your provider profile appears across CourseFinder, StudySelect and Career FAQs, on your AustralianCourses listing and throughout your dashboard. Where we've matched your organisation, we pre-fill what we can, so check it's current.

Provider details

• Required: legal name, website, phone number, organisation type, and your physical address (street, suburb, state and postcode).
• Trading name: shown to students across all CFG sites.
• ABN, RTO code and TEQSA PRV code, if you have them.
• CRICOS provider codes: CRICOS registration is by state, so you may have a different code for each state you deliver in. We fill these from the CRICOS register. Leave them empty if you don't enrol international students.
• Description: two to three sentences for your provider profile.

If your physical address is also a campus, you can mark it as one.

Site content sources

Give us the web address of your About us page and your student support page. Our AI writes the copy for each site from these pages, using the same source-and-approval approach as your courses.

Logo, timezone and social media

• Logo: used on your dashboard and across your listings. Square (1:1), at least 400 × 400 px, PNG or SVG, maximum 2 MB, with a transparent background preferred.
• Timezone: required.
• Google Business Profile: optional. It lets students see your reviews and hours alongside your listing.
• Social media: optional links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok. AustralianCourses uses them for search visibility.

Campus locations

If you have an AustralianCourses listing, we pre-fill your campuses from it. Check they're current, confirm any marked as needing a check, and add any that are missing.
