Set up your wallet
The last step is setting up your prepaid wallet. Your wallet pays the monthly fees and lead charges for every product you use.
Your first purchase
We show your minimum initial purchase and minimum top-up, based on the products you chose. If you chose more than one product, the minimums are added together.
At signup, you pay your initial wallet purchase plus your first month's fees. After that, monthly fees and lead charges are drawn from your wallet.
Example
For StudentIgnite Capture + Book only, you pay the $2,000 minimum initial purchase plus the first month's $489 platform fee: $2,489, with GST added to the fee.
StudentIgnite minimums cover your three-month minimum term at around 100 leads a month.
Your payment methods
- Primary payment method: used for your first purchase and automatic top-ups.
- Backup payment method: used automatically if your primary payment method fails.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details. You can change your wallet and billing details at any time from your dashboard.
Automatic top-ups
When your balance falls to 25%, we automatically charge your minimum top-up amount. If both payment methods fail, we'll alert you. If we still can't process a payment and your balance reaches zero, your services pause until you top up.
About GST
GST is added to monthly fees and lead charges, not to wallet purchases or top-ups. We issue a receipt for each top-up.
Not every account sees this step
You won't see wallet setup if you've only claimed a free AustralianCourses listing, or if you've agreed invoicing terms with us.
