Step 1 – Verify your email

First, we confirm your work email so we know it is really you and we can keep your account secure.

How to verify your email

  1. Check your inbox for an email from StudentIgnite.
  2. Open the email with the subject line that mentions Verify your email.
  3. Select the verification link in the email. This will open StudentIgnite in your browser and confirm your account.

Not seeing the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you used your work email address.
  • If you still cannot find it, try sending the verification email again from the login page.

Tip

Use a shared team inbox only if multiple staff manage StudentIgnite together. Otherwise, a named account is easier for tracking activity.
