Step 1 – Verify your email
First, we confirm your work email so we know it is really you and we can keep your account secure.
How to verify your email
- Check your inbox for an email from StudentIgnite.
- Open the email with the subject line that mentions Verify your email.
- Select the verification link in the email. This will open StudentIgnite in your browser and confirm your account.
Not seeing the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you used your work email address.
- If you still cannot find it, try sending the verification email again from the login page.
Tip
Use a shared team inbox only if multiple staff manage StudentIgnite together. Otherwise, a named account is easier for tracking activity.
