In this step, you add some basic details about your organisation so Herbot can introduce you correctly and we can set the right defaults.
Information you will be asked for
- Organisation name – how students should see your name.
- Website – used as a trusted reference in conversations.
- Country and time zone – so messages send at suitable times.
- Main contact – the person who receives key alerts and billing emails.
Example
If your RTO trades as "Grow Training" but your legal entity is different, list “Grow Training” so students see the name they recognise.
