A calendar lets Herbot book students in with your team during the conversation. The booking link appears at the right point in the conversation, not up front. Setting up a calendar is optional for every package.
Your options

The calendar you set up in onboarding becomes your default. You can use a different calendar for particular courses.
Tip
Check your availability is open in your calendar. If there are no free times, students can't book.
