Set your screening defaults

Published
onboarding screening defaults audiences course settings bulk edit

If you choose Screen + Writeback, onboarding asks you to set your screening defaults. Every course starts with these, and you can change them for individual courses from your dashboard.

In onboarding

  1. Choose which screening packs you want. The three always-on packs are already included.
  2. Set a minimum age, if your courses have one.

For each course

In your dashboard, open a course and go to the Screening section of the StudentIgnite tab. You can:

  • switch packs on or off for that course
  • add prerequisite questions, written as yes/no questions
  • mark the course as leading to a licensed occupation, and add your licensing question
  • switch off Government Funding or Government Study Loan screening for the course.

To change many courses at once, use bulk edit.

Choosing student types

For each pack on a course, you choose which student types it applies to.
