What counts as a lead
You're charged per lead, so it helps to know what counts as one for each product.
Lead Generation
A lead is an enquiry about one of your selected courses, with all required details completed, submitted through CourseFinder, StudySelect or Career FAQs by an Australian resident.
AustralianCourses
A lead is a completed enquiry, including name, email, phone number and course interest, sent to your listing from a student category you've selected for that course. This includes enquiries sent by AI assistants on a student's behalf.
Repeat enquiries
Lead Generation and AustralianCourses leads are de-duplicated by email address within each calendar month. A repeat enquiry from the same email address in the same month isn't charged again.
StudentIgnite
A lead is a student whose details Herbot captures and sends to your CRM, however much they share before the conversation ends, even if it's only an email address. Your own CRM workflow decides what counts as a complete record.
Each lead is a unique student, based on their email address, phone number or both.
