How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to provide our services, or as the law requires. We then delete or de-identify it.
If you stop using StudentIgnite
You'll have a reasonable opportunity to export your data. After that, we delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Access and correction requests
Anyone can ask to see the personal information we hold about them, or ask us to correct it. There's no charge, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Students can also contact you directly with questions about how you use their information.
Good to know
You own your data and your course content. You give us a licence to use them only to provide our services to you.
