Step 5 – Connect your CRM

Connecting your CRM lets StudentIgnite receive new leads instantly and update each record as Herbot books or re-engages students.

Supported CRMs

We are adding new two-way integrations all of the time. We currently support full integration with the following CRMs;

• HubSpot

• Salesforce

• Zoho

• GoHighLevel

We offer a one-way integration with other CRMs via webhook.

What you need

• Your CRM login or API key.

• Admin access to set up webhooks or private app tokens.

Before you continue

If you aren’t an admin in your CRM, please check with your team before creating keys or integrations. This keeps your data secure and consistent.

Tip

You can send a test lead afterwards to confirm everything is connected properly.
