Review and accept the terms
Before you finish onboarding, you accept the terms for each product you've chosen. You only see the terms for your products, and each checkbox must be ticked before you can continue.
AustralianCourses
You see this when you claim a listing, and again when you activate a paid plan if you haven't already accepted the current version.
- I've read and agree to the AustralianCourses Terms of Use, including Part C (Provider terms), and the Course Finder Group Privacy Policy, and I'm authorised to accept them for my organisation.
Lead Generation
You see this when you activate Lead Generation, including when you choose the AustralianCourses Leads plan.
- I've read and agree to the Lead Generation Provider Terms and the Course Finder Group Privacy Policy, and I'm authorised to accept them for my organisation.
- I understand Lead Generation has a three-month minimum term and is paid from a prepaid wallet with automatic top-ups.
StudentIgnite
- I've read and agree to the StudentIgnite Provider Terms, the StudentIgnite Terms of Service and the Course Finder Group Privacy Policy, and I'm authorised to accept them for my organisation.
- Our privacy policy tells students their information may be shared with service providers like StudentIgnite to contact them about their enquiry, including by SMS and messaging.
- Our enquiry forms tell students they may be contacted by SMS and messaging about their enquiry.
- StudentIgnite will only re-engage past enquirers who haven't opted out of hearing from us.
Reading the documents
Each link opens the full document before you accept. The Lead Generation Provider Terms and StudentIgnite Provider Terms open in your dashboard, and you can download them as a PDF.
Who can accept
The terms must be accepted by someone authorised to act for your organisation, logged in as themselves. Our team can help you through onboarding, but they can't accept the terms for you.
Good to know
We keep a record of who accepted each document, when, and which version. If the terms change, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in.
