In this step, you choose how Herbot should sound when speaking to students. The tone you choose shapes the style of messages, not the accuracy.
Available voice options
- Friendly – warm and welcoming.
- Professional – clear and direct.
- Supportive – gentle and encouraging.
- Conversational – relaxed and chatty.
Example
A university might prefer Professional while a short-course provider may choose Friendly or Conversational.
