In this step, you choose how Herbot should sound when speaking to students. The tone you choose shapes the style of messages, not the accuracy.

Available voice options

  • Friendly – warm and welcoming.
  • Professional – clear and direct.
  • Supportive – gentle and encouraging.
  • Conversational – relaxed and chatty.

Example

A university might prefer Professional while a short-course provider may choose Friendly or Conversational.

Tip

You can change your brand voice anytime from your settings. Start with whatever matches your website and marketing tone.
