Step 6 – Match your CRM fields

Field matching helps StudentIgnite know where important lead details live in your CRM. This ensures Herbot can reply and update your records correctly.

Fields you’ll match

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Mobile number
  • Course name or ID
  • Status
  • Enquiry date

In each dropdown, choose the CRM field that best matches the StudentIgnite label.

Example

If your CRM uses “Contact Status” instead of “Lead Status”, map “Contact Status” to the StudentIgnite status field.

Important

If fields are mismatched, Herbot may not be able to message students or update them correctly. Double-check each field before moving on.
