This step is only required if you want Herbot to book meetings. If you chose Enrolments only earlier, you can skip this step.
Your options
- Connect a supported calendar tool like Calendly via OAuth.
- Paste a booking link if you use another system.
- Assign different booking links to different courses.
Example
You might have one booking link for Nursing and another for Community Services if different teams handle each area.
If you skip calendar setup
Herbot will not offer meeting times, but can still answer questions and share enrolment links.
