Here you tell Herbot what success looks like for your organisation. Do you want the bot to focus on:
- Booking a time with your team
- Driving online enrolments
- Both bookings and enrolments
What each option does
| Option | What the bot prioritises |
|---|---|
| Bookings only | Herbot guides students to choose a time with your team. |
| Enrolments only | Herbot answers questions and directs students to your enrolment links. |
| Both | Herbot balances answering questions, sharing enrolment links and offering meeting times. |
Tip
If you select Enrolments only, you do not need to set up a calendar during onboarding.

If you are short on advisers, Enrolments only lets Herbot push ready students straight to your application form.
