Here you tell Herbot what success looks like for your organisation. Do you want the bot to focus on:

  • Booking a time with your team
  • Driving online enrolments
  • Both bookings and enrolments

What each option does

Option What the bot prioritises
Bookings only Herbot guides students to choose a time with your team.
Enrolments only Herbot answers questions and directs students to your enrolment links.
Both Herbot balances answering questions, sharing enrolment links and offering meeting times.

Tip

If you select Enrolments only, you do not need to set up a calendar during onboarding.

If you are short on advisers, Enrolments only lets Herbot push ready students straight to your application form.
